Guidelines for Students
  • The observance of rules of discipline and good behavior is essential to student’s continuance in the school. The decision of the school authorities is final and binding on all the students in respect to rules/instructions framed for discipline and good behavior.
  • Expected Practices : All students must ensure:
    • To be regular and punctual in attending the school. Exemption from compulsory sports, games and P.T is granted only after certified by the doctor for unfitness. Immaculate turn out in school uniform/ house dress with proper hair style and grooming.
    • Presence in classroom at all time while the class is in progress except with the permission of the teachers. Switch off the lights and fans before leaving the class room. Do not crowd around, in the corridors, near washrooms, water dispensers and sports ground. etc.
    • Move from one place to another in an orderly fashion in a single line without making noise to avoid disturbance to others. Inform the teachers or school authorities, any known case of indiscipline and unusual happening in the school immediately.
    • CBSE by norms 75% attendance is compulsory.
    • Leave applied should be a day in advance.
    • Every Students must bring the Almanac and Identity card every day.
    • It is mandatory for students to converse in English in the school premises.
    • It is mandatory for students to obey the monitor appointed by the class teacher to maintain discipline in the absence of the teachers.
  • Forbidden Practices: No student is to indulge in any of the following practices:-
    • Not adhering to the rules and regulation of the school.
    • Use of unfair means in the examination.
    • Disfiguring/ damaging any school property.
    • Smoking in and around the school premises.
    • Any form of gambling or betting.
    • Use of drugs or intoxicants except on prescription by the registered medical practitioner.
    • Rude behavior, Use of violence in any form. Practice of untouchability or advocating of customs, communalism, or any such social ills.
